Planning to go out of the country soon and don’t have your passport? The Palestine Post Office is having a “Passport Fair” which will include photo service for your for the dreaded seemingly “mug shot.”
Saturday, March 17th, 2018, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, the Palestine Post Office, 1213 N. Link Street, will sponsor a passport fair. Three clerks will assist applicants. Walk-ins are welcome but those seeking assistance are encouraged to arrive early, as they will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Post Office Passport Office can provide the necessary 2″ x 2″ color passport photo for a $15.00 fee. Adult passports must be accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of $110.00, payable to the U.S. State Department, and a $25.00 executive fee made payable to Postmaster. Fees for minors under are $80 and $25. To speed up the application process it is recommended to pick up and complete the passport application prior to March 17th.
